Walleye, Northern Pike, Smallmouth Bass, Perch, and Lake Trout fishing. Six carefully preserved and managed fisheries where the fishing today is as good as it was one hundred years ago. Moose and bear hunts every fall. Six modern, well equipped, well appointed, comfortable outposts on six virtually private, remote fly-in lakes.

Five of our six fly-in outpost lakes are within thirty minutes or so of our Ear Falls float plane base. Each lake is licensed to us by the Ministry of Natural Resources for our operations and we are the exclusive operators allowed outpost camps on these fisheries. All the lakes are large with a variety of bottom conditions to explore. Each of the lakes has flowage through them in that rivers run through the lakes providing the lower levels of the food chain with a never ending supply of nutrients. The nutrients feed the bugs and the invertebrates which feed our predatory game fish. All in all, our fisheries support more fish per acre and grow fish faster than fisheries providing less access to the basic foods that are the foundation of the food chain.

We established our fish conservation policies in 1990. We found these fisheries to be in very good shape at that time. We insure that harvest levels in each fishery are much lower than the fisheries annual fish production rate. We monitor fish harvested each season. By returning all trophies since we acquired the fisheries in 1990 and by releasing all but consumed fish, our fisheries were able to reach levels of fish production and fish populations that matched historical levels, within a few years of the beginning of our management. After about ten years, our fisheries where producing mature fish (trophy fish) at near historical levels. Today, at least sixteen years later, our levels of trophy fish have reached historical levels.
